Stone Materials We Do Not Use

Mongolian Black because we do not use dyed granite, there is no pure Mongolian Black.
Absolute Black from India is diminishing in quality over the past years, we offer Shanxi Black.
Hubei Green from Hubei Province fades from ultra violet light over time despite sealer applied.
Granites and Marbles that are not available in China that require importing from another country.

Grades of Granite and Marble

There is no number 1 grade granite (domestic or imported) used in Fujian Province for the manufacturing of counter tops.
We use the best block cuts (slabs) rated number 2&3 that are suitable for counter tops and consistent in color and texture.
We do not use blocks of granite that are rated for floor tile and cosmetically enhance them for counter top use.
Our minimum thickness for reinforced (resin backing) marble counter tops is 2.5cm.

Custom Cuts Projects Residential.Commercial

We provide custom cut granite and marble for counter tops use in Residential and Commercial Projects.
Customer takes responsibility for providing accurate drawings of each piece.
Our western architecture experience ensures that the specifications are followed.
Estimates can take up to 3 days depending on the size of the project.
We estimate in accordance to the Unit Number.
We pack the crates and label them in accordance to the building and unit number.
We load the container in accordance to the customers site delivery plan.

Payment.Banking.Production Time

Production time is calculated from the date your wire transfer reaches our bank in Hong Kong. Not the P.O. date.
50% deposit upon acceptance. Balance FOB Xiamen.
We do not finance. The profit ratio is too low and China is COD on all raw materials and accessories.
On any orders under $15000.00 US we charge $500.00 service and handling.
Production time on any order regardless of size is 30 days conditional on the stone being a stock item.
Stock item refers to domestic and imported stones either in our yard or in the yards of the agents and importers.
Production time on granite vanity tops is conditional on the inventories of the porcelain sinks.
Customer must provide all art work for OEM labels within 7 days of acceptance.
Currency is United States Dollars.

Containers

We have recommended carriers that you deal direct with.
You must assign your own import agent at point of arrival.
International Fumigation Certificate is processed and issued in our yard by local customs for crated goods.
Boxed Units do not require fumigation.
We load boxed units without skids to maximize the number of units for the past 6 years.
You must place insurance on the value of the goods.
