Located in  Xiamen China,  MTL has been designing commercial and residential projects since 1995.   Terence Van Elslander  and Paul M Mandrish combine their experience and talents to provide  a complete range of architectural services including site planning, architectural design, interior architecture and construction management.  Consulting and Project Management services are provided through MTL architectural consultants (Xiamen) Ltd.  Our area of work in China has expanded to Shanghai, Ningbo, Chongqing and Hefei.

15 Years in China as of February 2010. This year marks a return to Retail Design and Consulting for domestic brands in China. We start the year of The Tiger on the re-vamping of a 1200 franchise chain of women's accessories.
