MTL provides a complete interior design service for developers of Condominium Residential Units and single family housing in North America. Combined with our purchasing office and granite stone yard we offer the following:
- complete interior design planning and material finish specifications related to flooring, cabinets, countertops and lighting.
- plan, elevation and rendering using Lightscape.
- Finish material specification with itemized price list based on export prices FOB Xiamen Port.
- The developer has the option of purchasing the materials (Canada) through the Willis Supply Group Toronto Canada with warehousing and distribution in Vancouver and Brampton.
- Fee rate is $12.00 US m2 which includes all revisions as required. The costs of producing plans in our Xiamen Office is lower than NA but the standards and drawing format is exactly the same. Drawings are labeled in accordance to the developer and project.
- Our combined group has 28 years of experience in design-build in the US and Canada.
